Yes, we have a rewards program, but how does it work?!

Our rewards program is The Crumb Club. Each dollar you spend earns you 1 crumb. Once you reach 50 crumbs you earn a free giant stuffed cookie of your choice.

How do i track my crumbs?

When you make a purchase at the stand, simply fill out one of the purchase tickets detailing your purchase and place in the cash box. Preorders also MUST have a purchase ticket completed to ensure they are too added to your total. You will then receive an email with the link to watch your crumbs add up!

Crumbs will not be added later via messages, comments, or photos (my brain will absolutely forget).

How do i get my free cookie?

Simply send us an email and let us know you’d like to redeem your cookie. It will be ready for you at the stand on Wednesday, like a preorder, labled with your name!

Do you do custom orders?

We love creating custom orders for all kinds of events- from birthday parties, showers, graduations, and weddings to office gatherings, family get togethers, and everything in between!

HOw do i place a custom order?

1. Either email us or send us a message on your Facebook page. Include: your date and what you’re looking for (mini/full size loaves, cookies, focaccia, etc).

2. We’ll work together to build a menu that fits your event- whether it’s a big stack of sourdough, trays of cookies, or a mix of goodies.

3. Your order will be baked fresh + ready for you to pick up on the agreed upon date/time.

   Custom orders do require advanced notice. Availablity will vary depending on our weekly bake schedule.
